winmy Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

winmy is a mobile-first online gaming and betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. These Terms apply to all winmy services, including casino games, slots, live games, cricket and sports betting, and other gaming activities.

These Terms may change from time to time. Notice of changes will be provided on the platform, and the updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

If any part of these Terms is found to be inapplicable or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account and play games on the winmy platform, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• The user must be 21 years of age or older. winmy is strictly prohibited for minors.
• Each individual may create only one account. Multiple accounts by the same person are prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• The user must be located in an area where online gaming is not legally prohibited.
• The account is for personal use only and may not be used on behalf of or funded by any third party.

winmy may at any time request additional documents from the user for identity verification. winmy reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Security

The user is fully responsible for the security of their account. The key rules on this are:

3.1 Password Protection

The user must use a strong and unique password and must not share it with anyone. Sharing login credentials with others is a direct violation of these Terms.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

Any unauthorized access to the account or suspicious activity must be reported immediately to [email protected]. winmy will not be liable for any losses resulting from failure to report in a timely manner.

3.3 Device Security

The user must ensure that the device they use to access the platform is secure and free of malware. It is the user's responsibility to properly log out of their account after using a public or shared device.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

winmy processes transactions through Bangladesh's most popular mobile financial services.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Only payment methods registered in the user's own name may be used on the account. Use of third-party payment methods is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. winmy reserves the right to delay withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

Withdrawals will always be made via the same method used for the deposit, unless another arrangement applies.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

It is the user's responsibility to provide accurate information for each transaction. winmy will not be liable for failed or delayed transactions caused by incorrect information. Users can contact the support team directly for any transaction-related issues.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

winmy offers its users various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms that the user must read carefully.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20x — calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in wagers must be completed before winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus must be used within a specified time limit.
• If the original deposit amount is withdrawn before the bonus is earned, the bonus may be cancelled.
• winmy reserves the right to make changes to the bonus program.
• Misconduct or attempts to exploit the bonus system may result in account cancellation.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

5.3 VIP Program

winmy's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback; Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. VIP tier advancement is based on regular gaming activity. winmy reserves the right to change the VIP program terms.

6 Gaming Rules

Users must follow the rules below when playing games on the winmy platform:

6.1 Fair Play

winmy is committed to ensuring fair play. All games operate on encrypted and verified systems. Any user who attempts to gain an artificial advantage through cheating, software hacking, bots, or automation will have their account cancelled.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error or system failure causes an abnormal result in any game, winmy reserves the right to cancel or re-run that game. Incorrect winnings displayed due to a technical error will be automatically considered void.

6.3 Betting Limits

Each game or betting market has specific minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game or market interface. winmy reserves the right to change these limits.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winmy platform and may result in account cancellation and legal action:

• Creating an account for a minor or allowing a minor to use one.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to gain an advantage in games.
• Finding and exploiting bugs or errors in the system or software.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate games or the betting system.
• Disrupting platform operations or attempting a cyberattack.
• Creating an account or conducting transactions using false information.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 winmy's Rights

winmy reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account for any reason, without prior notice. Immediate action may be taken in particular where there is a suspicion of a breach of terms, fraud, or illegal activity.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

A user may also request to close their account. To do so, an email must be sent to [email protected]. If all applicable bonus conditions are met before the account is closed, the valid balance will be withdrawable.

8.3 Consequences of Account Cancellation

If an account is cancelled due to a breach of these Terms, earned bonuses and winnings from bonuses may be forfeited. Whether the original deposit amount is returned after the investigation is complete will depend on the circumstances.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winmy will not be liable for the following:

• Games or betting being interrupted due to internet disconnection or device issues.
• Transaction issues caused by the failure or delay of a third-party payment provider.
• Unexpected or unavoidable events (force majeure) such as natural disasters, war, or cyberattacks.
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or breach of these Terms.

In any circumstances, winmy's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the user's most recent deposit.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

winmy gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption and modern security technologies to keep user data secure.

winmy may provide information to authorities where required by law. However, personal information will not be sold to third parties for any commercial purpose.

11 Responsible Gaming
